When We Accept Returns

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• Just send us an email at karmacatsshop@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

• We’ll work with our printing partner to get you a replacement or refund—fast and fuss-free.

When We Can’t Accept Returns

• Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind).

• Wrong size or color chosen.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges
Because everything is custom-made, we don’t offer size or style exchanges. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and special promo items are final sale—no returns or exchanges.
